2007 VINTAGE
The wines are now aging in barrels, the tannins are softening. We should have a very good suprise next Spring for the bottliong time.

2008 VINTAGE
The weather was great, we have been very lucky thanks to both sun and North wind !

OUR WINERY IN BEAUNE
Work commenced early this year in May, on the expansion of our La Sabliere winery in Beaune. Providing us with increased facilities and space to vinify larger quantities of fruit in the heart of the Cote d'Or, the ultimate aim of this expansion is to allow us to separate our red and white winemaking providing even more focus for quality, particularly on the great white classic wines.
