Vineyards situation

This Premier Cru from Beaune is located next to Beaune Clos des Ursules, to the south of the Beaune appellation next to the vineyards of Pommard.

Characteristics

This wine is full of breed. It is full of flesh in the mouth with elegance and good balance.Tanins are intense but fine.

Wine making

Grapes have been destemmed and fermented during 3 weeks. This wine is aged during 18 months in French oak barrels produced by our cooperage: CADUS.

The Beaune wines are good companions to all sorts of food/meat: lamb, red meat, poultry, cheese ...

Preservation

This wine has a good aging potential: 10 years and more if kept in good conditions of temperature and humidity.
