Winemaker's comments / Gastronomy

It is an elegant wine with usually a very nice acidity. The very good climatic conditons of 1999 helped this wine to be much more full than usual. The 1999 vintage is ready to be drunk. It will match perfectly an old Comté cheese, grilled fish, poultry, vegetables but also seefood.

This wine can be easily be kept 10 years after vintage in good conditions of storage.
