Winemaker's comments / Gastronomy

A refined wine with white flower and white fleshed fruit aromas allied to nuances of oak and a subtle touch of terroir. The wine is balanced, the acidity is present and just here to support the wine. The mid palate gravitates around fruits, acidity and structure. Of a rare finesse this wine will bring happiness to the table.

Preservation

This wine will age for 10-15 years in good conditions of temperature and humidity.
