The Beaujolais vineyard is situated in the Southern part of the Burgundy region., after the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais area. It extends on 22 hectares.

Chiroubles is one of the 10 ‘Crus' of the Beaujolais. It covers an average of 400 hectares on a mainly granite soil. The vineyards are at 400 m high on a poor and acid soil. The domaine has been producing wines for 8 generations.

The Chiroubles from Domaine des Trois Puits will ferment 12 to 20 days in vats.

Chiroubles Domaine des Trois Puits is a feminine wine, elegant, with distinctive tannins and very charming with its Lily of the valley and peony. It will be a perfect partner for charcuteries, Italian foods, poultry and delicate cheeses.

Preservation

It will be nice and fruity when young and will be able to age 3-5 years as well in good conditions of temperature and humidity.
