Winemaker's comments / Gastronomy
Chiroubles Domaine des Trois Puits is a feminine wine, elegant, with distinctive tannins and very charming with its Lily of the valley and peony.
It will be a perfect partner for charcuteries, Italian foods, poultry and delicate cheeses.
It will be nice and fruity when young and will be able to age 3-5 years as well in good conditions of temperature and humidity.
