The production area for this wine is the Côte d'Or region exclusively (incl. Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune). Les Climats name is a tribute to Burgundy : the word "Climat" refers to a particular vineyard site, expressing its specific terroir.

Les Climats is a premium blend of Burgundy appellation, villages and some Premiers Crus. As if making a mosaic, each year, our winemaker decides upon the most harmonious possible blend capturing the very essence of Pinot Noir from Burgundy.

Like most of the Bourgogne appellation wines from Louis Jadot, Les Climats is partly vinified and aged in oak barrels and partly vinified in stainless steel tanks.

This wine is very typical of the Pinot Noir grape grown in its mother land, it is ripe, tender, subtle and elegant. It is supple in the mouth with ample tannins. The balance between acidity and tannins shows a great harmony which will develop event better in a while. Les Climats Pinot Noir matches perfectly red meat, game and most soft cheese.

This wine can be kept 5 years and even more depending on the vintage and conditions of storage.
