Situation

Marsannay, situés au sud de Dijon, est le seul village de Bourgogne qui produit des vins de trois couleurs: rouge, blanc et rosé.

Caractéristiques

Issu d'un des plus beaux terroirs de Marsannay, ce Longeroies est produit à partir de très vieilles vignes de plus 80 ans Il est exposé sud-est.

Vinification

Les raisins sont égrappés et fermentés pendant environ 2 semaines. L'élevage se fait en fûts de chêne neufs pendant 18 mois.

Dégustation / Accords mets-vin

C'est un vin dense, épais à la trame tannique soutenue. Sa robe est sombre, profonde et son nez complexe entre petites baies noires et fruits bien mûrs.

Conservation

Ce Marsannay est de bonne garde: 5 ans et plus.

Red

Vineyards situation

Marsannay belongs to the Côte de Nuits. It is located to the south of Dijon. This village produces red, white an rosé wines. The Longeroies vineyard is south-east oriented.

Characteristics

Longeroies is one of the best crus in Marsannay. The vineyard is very old: more than 80 years old.

Wine making

Grapes are destemmed, fermented in open vats during two weeks. The wine is aged during 18 months in French oak barrels.

Winemaker's comments / Gastronomy

This Premier Cru has a nice density, good tannins. The colour is a deep red. The nose is complex with aromas of llittle black berries and ripe fruits.

Preservation

This wine has a good aging potential: 5 years and more.
