Puligny-Montrachet is located between Meursault and Chassagne-Montrachet. "Le Cailleret" vineyard is in front of "Les Pucelles" and next to "le Montrachet", it belongs to a Clos.

"Le Cailleret" belongs to the best terroirs of Puligny-Montrachet.
Wine making
This Premier Cru is aged in French oak barrels for about 18 months.
Winemaker's comments / Gastronomy
The colour is very delicate, plae yellow with some green glints according to the vintages. The nose is very typical of Puligny, with aromas of dried grass, fern and fresh hazelnuts
"Le Cailleret" is very elegant in the mouth, smooth, with a very mineral back palate.
Preservation
This elegant wine can easily age more than 10 years in good conditions of temperature and humidity.
