Winemaker's comments / Gastronomy

Saint Aubin Vermarain from Maison Louis Jadot shows a nice golden and is a pale yellow colour. The nose is quite open with light aromas of wood, nuts and white flowers. The mouth is quite round with a slight spicy and pepper finish showing the typical minerality of the white Burgundies with hints of almonds and coffee. This wine will nicely match white meat in sauce, poultry, sea fruits as well as delicate cheeses.

It will be a pleasant wine to be drunk young but will also be able to be kept 7-10 years in good conditions of temperature and humidity.
